RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Tabusoro strives to provide quality products and services to its customers.
If you are not satisfied with any of our products you purchased online, you can return the product for a full refund of your payment provided the product is returned to us in its original condition, (unworn, unwashed, bagged and with the tags intact). Any returned product requiring a refund must be received by Tabusoro within 30 days from delivery. If an item is returned to Tabusoro outside the 30-day time frame and without having prior arrangements made, the item will be returned to the customer. Please note that refunds will not be made until the goods are received and assessed by Tabusoro to fit the return conditions.
If any of our products you purchased is deemed faulty or otherwise by the Competition & Consumer Commission in your country, it can be returned unconditionally for a refund.
INCORRECT OR FAULTY GOODS
We inspect goods for quality prior to all shipping to ensure the products you receive meet our quality standards, however, if you do receive a faulty, damaged or the incorrect product, please contact us to arrange for a free return delivery and a refund. The return must be received by Tabusoro within 30 days from delivery.
PRICE REDUCED or SALE ITEMS
As a general rule sale items are non-refundable and not exchangeable. If any of our reduced-price product you purchased is deemed faulty or otherwise by the Competition & Consumer Commission in your country, it can be returned unconditionally for a refund. Please note, a change of mind is not a valid return reason for price reduced products, so please choose carefully before purchasing.
CUSTOMIZATION ORDERS
Customization orders have a delivery lead time, if not stated otherwise, the general manufacturing time is 4 weeks from order confirmation. Tabusoro will not accept returns, refunds or exchange of items that have been customized, unless they have been found to not comply with the initial order by our assessments team. Please choose your customization details carefully and retain a copy of your confirmation notice for future reference. If it is found that we have incorrectly customized your item/s contrary to your instructions and the confirmation notice, we will gladly replace them. If you are unsure this applies to the product you are interested in, please contact our customer service department at sales @tabusoro.com.au and they will be able to inform you if it is applicable. Prices of products, delivery and other charges displayed on this website are current at the time of publishing but may change at any time and products are also subject to availability. All prices within tabusoro.com.au are strictly online prices only and will not price match with items sold at our retail outlets.
STOCK
All items displayed online are available at the time of publishing. Every effort is made by Tabusoro to accurately display correct quantities but due to reasons beyond our control, some items may not be available at time of your purchase. Should a situation as such arise, Tabusoro will contact you to advise you that delivery would not be possible or will be delayed.
